NetXD Support Center provides a streamlined Support Ticket System for customers to manage all requests in a single portal. All requests/queries are assigned a unique ticket number to help you swiftly track progress of your support request and responses. To submit a ticket to the Support Centre, a valid/official email ID is required. 

Please contact your relationship manager at NetXD to obtain access to the Support Ticket System.

The Support Center also includes archives, allowing you to easily retrieve history of all support requests and responses. At NetXD Support, we remain committed to extending timely support, and look forward to quick resolutions.
